  1. You need 1 of big Onion.
  2. It’s 8 cloves of Garlic.
  3. Prepare 60 gms of peanuts.
  4. It’s 2 tbsp of Caster sugar.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of Jaggery.
  6. It’s 1/4 tbsp of Citric acid or Neebu phool.
  7. Prepare 1/2 of Paneer,veggies, cornflour.
  8. It’s 1 of lime zest.
  9. Prepare as per taste of Salt.
  10. You need 1/2 tbsp of Haldi powder.
  11. Prepare as required of Chaat masala, salt pinch, red food colour.
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp of Peanut powder or besan for marination.
  13. It’s 1 tbsp of Red chllli.
  14. Prepare 1/2 of lemon juice.
  15. You need 1 small bowl of Hung curd.

  1. Heat oil in a pan add onion and garlic paste cook 1 mint add roasted peanut puri(make a fine paste with water) cook for 10 mint,till oil separates..
  2. Add salt,Neebu phool,lemon jest,Caster sugar..
  3. Add turmeric, coriander powder, Kashmiri red chiil powder..
  4. Add jaggery,& salt cook 5 minutes. Oil separate. Add 1 cup hot water.cook 2 minutes..
  5. For paneer, veg satay, cut paneer veg in square's pcs add (1 small bowl hung curd, add 2 tbs peanut powder or besan it's optional add salt, lemon juice chaat masala) cornflour 1/2 tbs marinated paneer & veggies 1 hour in the refrigerator. Saute on the nonstick pan..
