  2. Prepare 2 of garlic cloves.
  3. Prepare 1 cup of boiling water.

  5. It’s 1 of handful pitted olives.
  6. Prepare 4 of tomatoes.
  7. Prepare 2 tsp of rosemary, finely chopped.
  8. It’s 1 tsp of ground paprika and cayenne pepper.

  10. It’s 1 of a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

  1. Heat some oil in a skillet over high heat. Add cubed eggplant. When nicely browned, turn down the heat.
